Dinner tonight with cooked chicken, eggs and milk

Creamy chicken and egg fried rice

Uses cooked chicken, eggs, milk, rice, oil, salt, pepper, garlic.

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and fry minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken pieces and stir fry for two minutes.
  3. Push everything to the side and scramble beaten eggs mixed with a splash of milk in the empty space.
  4. Add cooked rice and mix everything together, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir fry for three to four minutes until heated through and well combined.

Nothing to buy.

Chicken and egg fried rice with creamy omelet

Uses cooked chicken, eggs, milk, rice (staple), onion (staple), garlic (staple), oil (staple), salt (staple), pepper (staple).

  1. Cook one cup of rice in water with a pinch of salt, then spread it on a plate to cool slightly.
  2. Whisk four eggs with a splash of milk, salt and pepper. Cook gently in oiled pan until just set, then slide out and slice into strips.
  3. Fry diced onion and minced garlic in oil until soft. Add shredded cooked chicken and heat through.
  4. Add the rice and stir until hot and lightly crisp in places. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold in the omelet strips and serve hot.
