Dinner tonight with cooked chicken, lettuce and milk

Creamy chicken and lettuce pasta

Uses cooked chicken, lettuce, milk, pasta, garlic, oil, salt, pepper.

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shredded cooked chicken and warm through. Pour milk into the pan and stir gently to create a light sauce. Chop lettuce roughly and fold it into the creamy mixture just before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Creamy chicken pasta with lettuce

Uses cooked chicken, lettuce, milk, pasta, flour, oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper.

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. Soften chopped onion and garlic in oil, stir in a spoonful of flour, and cook one minute.
  3. Whisk in milk slowly and simmer until the sauce thickens, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add shredded cooked chicken and the pasta, and warm everything through.
  5. Shred the lettuce, stir it in off the heat so it just wilts, and serve at once.
