Creamy yogurt pasta with scrambled eggs
Uses eggs, milk, yogurt, pasta, garlic, salt, pepper, oil.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender, then drain.
- Whisk together yogurt, milk, and minced garlic in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Toss hot pasta with the yogurt mixture and scrambled eggs until creamy.
- Serve immediately with extra pepper if desired.
