What to do with the last of the ground chicken
Use the last bit in meatballs, burgers, or mixed into soups and stews. Brown it first and freeze if you're not using it today.
- How long it keeps
- Keeps for one to two days in the fridge in a sealed container. Freeze for up to three months.
- How to tell it has turned
- It has gone off if it smells sour or off, or if the surface looks grey or slimy.
