Yogurt sundae with granola and honey

A shelf of strawberry banana yogurt becomes dinner when paired with crunchy granola, warm honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. There's no cooking here, just assembly, and the yogurt's natural sweetness and fruit carry the dish. It's bright, filling, and honest.

You need

To buy

  • 3/4 cup granola

From your shelf

  • 2 cups strawberry banana original lowfat yogurt

Staples

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • pinch cinnamon

  1. Divide 2 cups yogurt between two bowls.
  2. Sprinkle 3/8 cup granola over each bowl and drizzle with 1.5 tablespoons honey per serving.
  3. Dust each with a pinch of cinnamon and serve at once.

Note Swap the granola for crushed nuts, toasted seeds, or crumbled cookies if that's what you have. Yogurt keeps for a week past the date on the tub; granola stays crisp in an airtight jar for two weeks. Serve with toast or a biscuit on the side to anchor the meal.
