You need

To buy

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds or walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey

From your shelf

  • one container apple spice with brown sugar oatmeal greek yogurt

Staples

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pinch salt

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. When it foams, add 1/4 cup chopped almonds and a pinch of salt, stirring often until the nuts smell nutty and turn light brown, about 3 minutes.
  2. Divide the yogurt between two bowls. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon honey and top with the warm buttered nuts.

Note Swap the nuts for granola or candied ginger if you have them. Leftovers keep in the fridge for two days. Serve with an apple and sharp cheese on the side, or thin toast for scooping.
