You need

To buy

  • 4 slices bread for toasting

From your shelf

  • 1 container mashed hass avocado everything seasoning

Staples

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

  1. Toast 4 slices of bread until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes per side.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat and crack 2 eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny, about 3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper as they cook.
  3. Spread the mashed hass avocado everything seasoning onto each warm toast slice, dividing evenly. Top each with a fried egg and serve at once.

Note Swap the eggs for smoked salmon if you have it. Leftovers do not keep well; eat immediately. Serve with a green salad or sliced tomatoes on the side to round out the meal.
