Stouffer's meat pizzas with a green salad

Three different frozen french bread pizzas from the shelf make tonight easy: bake them all and pick what you want. They cook together, taste better with a simple salad alongside, and finish in under thirty minutes from freezer to table.

You need

To buy

  • 4 ounces mixed greens or lettuce
  • 1 lemon

From your shelf

  • 1 Stouffer's meat french bread pizza, sausage
  • 1 Stouffer's meat french bread pizza, pepperoni
  • 1 Stouffer's meat french bread pizza, bacon

Staples

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange all three frozen pizzas on a baking sheet and slide into the oven; they will take about twenty minutes to cook through and the cheese to brown lightly at the edges.
  2. While the pizzas bake, toss 4 ounces of mixed greens with 1 tablespoon oil, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper in a bowl; squeeze lemon juice over the top and toss again, then divide between two plates.
  3. When the pizzas are golden and the cheese has bubbled, pull them from the oven and let them sit for two minutes before slicing. Serve each person one or two slices with the salad alongside.

Note Swap any of the three pizzas for whatever toppings suit you best; just bake them all together. Leftover pizza keeps three days in the fridge and reheats in a warm oven. Serve with a cold drink and crusty bread on the side if you want to stretch the meal.
