Pepperoni pizza mac and cheese bowl

- Heat the frozen mac and cheese bowl in the microwave according to package directions, usually about 5 to 6 minutes, until the pasta is hot throughout and the cheese sauce is bubbling at the edges.
- While the bowl heats, season it with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste when it comes from the microwave.
- Divide the mac and cheese between two bowls and serve right away.
Note Pair with a green salad or simple arugula with lemon to cut the richness. Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for two days. Reheat gently in a low oven or microwave with a splash of water to loosen the sauce.
