- Heat the oven to 425°F [220°C]. Remove the 2 French bread pizzas from the box and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and the crust is firm when pressed.
- Remove from the oven and taste for salt and pepper, seasoning lightly if needed. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Note Serve with a simple green salad or some raw vegetables on the side to lighten the meal. Leftovers rewarm well covered in the oven at 350°F [175°C] for 8 to 10 minutes. If you have frozen vegetables on hand, scatter some over the pizzas before baking to add nutrition.
